Guest Book - Inglenook Cottage
My husband and I first came to Diane & Andrew's cottages back in 2010, and have come back every year since. It became our second home. Unfortunately my husband died in June, so this visit was to scatter his ashes at the waterfall, which he loved to visit. I still hope to visit in the future. Thanks again Diane & Andrew for being two of the nicest people to come into our lives x
Once again, Cottage in the Dales and the Dales have delivered another perfect holiday. Inglenook is an exceptional home offering immaculate accommodation in a cottage which feels like home as soon as we step through the door as the bread is baking! Our thanks to you both and Rachel for ensuring another wonderful stay.
Superb cottage. We are sure to return. Blessed with lovely weather. Fantastic walking. Lovely market towns. 5 star all round.
I have lost track of the number of times we have stayed either here or in Andrew & Diane's other cottages - says everything about how much we love it here and how well we are looked after! Also, I have NEVER slept better - bliss.
Another wonderful week in Inglenook. We managed to dodge the rain with trips east to Hartlepool and Scampston Walled Gardens. RHS Harlow Carr was wonderful as always and the Fat Rascals delicious! Thanks Diane and Andrew for thinking of everything to make us so comfortable.

Our first trip to Inglenook and the Yorkshire Dales and it won't be our last. Everything is immaculate and supremely comfortable. Diane was incredibly welcoming and helpful in her suggestions. First class!

Another return visit to Inglenook and another great stay in our favourite holiday cottage. It was immaculate as usual and provided everything you could possibly want in a self-catering property. Diane and her team really have got this spot on! We've already booked for next year. Shame about the jet stream but it did mean that Cauldron Fas was in full spate - a spectacular sight!
A wonderful long weekend exploring West Burton & Leyburn, and having a cosy afternoon in the gorgeous Inglenook Cottage. Enjoyed a delicious meal at The Angel at Hetton. Thank you for the recommendation. A fantastic way to spend our first wedding anniversary. Thank you!

Back for our fourth visit - this time 10 days. Everything fantastic as always - even the weather although changeable was good. We look forward to another visit next year. Thank you Diane & Andrew for making holiday great!
Another fantastic week in the Dales. Lovely to be back after a 5 year absence. Lucky with weather & managed a day trip to Whitby on the longest day of the year. Good food at Street Head & Wensleydale Heifer. Cottage fantastic, clean & has everything you need for home from home.
Lovely cottage. Walked to West Witton, Aysgarth Falls and up towards Carlton. Fantastic views. Good meal at Wensleydale Heifer, Hawes cheers to take come. Castle Bolton great views too. Sat in garden & saw baby thrush, blue tits, woodpecker, jackdaw, sparrow over a week's stay. Thank you, will be back.
