Guest Book - Inglenook Cottage

Lovely cottage - very comfortable and well equipped. Shame about the weather but we still had a great time. The kids loved the garden and the village green.

Wonderful few days rest in this beautiful part of England. Your cottage is perfect. Thank you for your welcome.

Our holiday at Inglenook was to quote the song "Simply the best". Thank you for the welcome tray, it was very much appreciated. Putting yourself out to come and take photos of us on our trike ride, especially as you had your house inspections on that very day - was above and beyond the call of duty & we cannot thank you enough Diane.

Wonderful break, everything we needed and more, even the weather - unbroken sunshine. Footpaths and meadows spectacular! Thanks to Diane, Andrew & Rachel. I'm sure we'll return. If you go to the Street Head, share a baguette - they are delicious but enormous!

We've had a lovely family break in Inglenook and West Burton. The hosts were particularly helpful with young children and provided seat and gates. Thank you! The garden has been a really nice added extra and I LOVED the shower!

Guests from Nottingham - May 2017
We've had a lovely week in Inglenook which certainly lived up to its reputation. West Burton is a gorgeous village. Highlights included red squirrel watching in Snaizeholme (near Hawes), primroses on the low level Muker to Keld path, the historic church at Wensley and the mobile fish & chip van on (Wednesday 19.50-20.15). Many thanks to the Howarths

What a wonderful cottage and village! A true home from home & really don't want to go back to work. Love this place! The boys have played football on the village green every day. Great village butcher, shop and pub and so many enjoyable walks - worth a walk over the fields to Aysgarth Falls and the Mill teashop there for scones and cake. Mobile fish & chip an on Wednesday evening was a real treat. Thank you Diane and Andrew for everything you could ever want and more. We hope to return soon :)
