The Dairy is the best inclusive building in England & Wales 2018
We are honoured, delighted & truly gobsmacked to say the least as our fully accessible cottage, The Dairy, has been awarded the LABC Building Excellence Award for the Best Inclusive Building in England & Wales 2018 at a superb awards dinner at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster in London. We were honoured to be representing #Yorkshire at the Grand Finals after winning the regional award for North & East Yorshire and then asked to represent Yorkshire. We were definitely the ‘David’ amongst the ‘Goliaths’, especially as we found out afterwards that one of the other 11 finalists in our category was the £1 billion Bloomberg building in London!!!! That was most definitely a Grand Night Out in London! Thank you LABC (Local Authority Building Controls).
