Had a wonderful week in The Dairy for our first time. It surpassed expectations and they were already high. We have waited 2 years for this brea - with a pandemic intervening. Hope to join the returning guests list one day if there's ever a space! Thank you for a fabulously accessible luxury cottage. You've thought of everything and we felt warmly welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble.
Simply perfect! Quiet, peaceful, tranquil, serene, plus great facilities, plus great water pressure! We came for one break and left with three more!
Our second stay in The Dairy and another wonderful week spent in luxurious surroundings. Thank you Diane and Andrew for ensuring our safety and well being in the current challenging climate. You both work tirelesly to maintain the highest possible standard and nothing is too much trouble for you to enable guests to have a stress free and enjoyable holiday, We look forward to returning next July for our already booked 10 day break. Thank you both once again for providing such excellent accessible accommodation and the individual equipment making it even more accessible.
This was our first stay in The Dairy. We loved the amenities, which were perfect for me. Diane & Andrew are perfect hosts. We have booked again for next year without hesitation. Perfect location, peaceful & quiet. The patio is perfect for warm summer evenings. Thank you.
Have had one of the best holiday weeks ever. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous and suits my disabled husband's needs perfectly. Diane & Andrew are great hosts & gave us lots of tips for our stay. We will definitely be back in 2 or 3 years!
A poem ... Despite my hay fever which was a pain!, It was so good to be here again. Our usual walking was much curtailed, but the Dairy's pleasures never failed. We count our blessings every day, enjoying our time here come what may. We go home happy, relaxed, restored. Why would you want to be abroad! So until next time, Christmas 2021, bless you both for all you've done... thank you so much, stay safe and well.
Our first visit to The Dairy, but it certainly won't be the last! Absolutely beautiful cottage. Accessible features are so well considered and as with everything else, of a very high standard. Diane & Andrew are wonderful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to our next visit.

The Dairy is always a pleasure to return to, especially after the travails of the last 18 months. Despite all the extra work, hosts Diane & Andrew and Rachel, are to be congratulated for maintaining the highest of standards here. Ta! Nice to see Pippa again and great to have visiting friends, unseen for so long, welcomed by our hosts. Look forward to September. The newest member, Razor the robot grass cutter is mesmerising!
Absolutely wonderful stay, our first holiday in a very long time. Our lives changed forever in July 2019 meaning we now need a fully accessible cottage and The Dairy ticked every box. Diane was amazing from the beginning when we first decided to go away and attempt it for the first time. Without her extensive knowledge, advice & help, we may not have had the confidence. Fabulous place, beautiful garden and superb facilities! Thank you so much Diane & Andrew! We'll be back as soon as we can.
Can't get enough of the place. Absolutely wonderful. The Dairy is marvellous. The weather has been perfect. Really relaxing holiday, Tennants Sunday lunch was brilliant. Thank you Diane & Andrew, you are wonderful hosts, you think of everything. Looking forward to October.
This is our second visit to The Dairy. The property is as immaculate, warm & welcoming as before. Despite the rain, we've enjoyed walks & visits in this stunning countryside. Diane & Andrew are always friendly & willing to help. The design & attention to detail continues to impress. Our week has flown and we're sad to leave.
Our 6th visit! Home from home after a long period going nowhere. Found nice bakery in Askrigg & the cafe in Bainbridge - both excellent. Also Himalayan Gardens - lovely but accessibility poor - lots of steps & stony paths. See you in September.
After several visits to The Dairy, we find new improvements each time, latest is the bread maker, cooking for arrival - wonderful! Thank you Diane and Andrew for everything. We felt really Covid Safe. Take care.
