Visual & Hearing support now at all our cottages & the highest quality continues!

We’ve received 2 early 🎁presents 🎁 from the Christmas Elf!  Well, VisitEngland’s AA assessment services actually!
🎉Both The Byre & Inglenook now have the Visual (V1) & Hearing (H1) accessibility support accreditations alongside The Dairy for guests if they need it. As ever with our cottages, if you don’t need the accessibility support, then it almost all just disappears!
🎉 We’ve maintained the coveted 5 star gold & been assessed at an amazing 98% overall against VisitEngland standards, covering all aspects of the cottages & the business, with a very special mention to Rachel 🤩for her superb housekeeping services👏. This is the maximum we can achieve as the cottages are not in their own grounds & they have open plan kitchen/dining rather than individual rooms. So what’s our development plan? Just keep on doing what we are doing!
