No need to keep dreaming in 2026, 2027 or even 2028, as you can escape the everyday so easily with luxury, tranquility and beauty in abundance! Below are details of our returning guest offers that are available to you at any time.

Returning Guest No Obligation / Payment Offer

As a returning guest you can book ahead for 2026, 2027 and 2028, without obligation or payment. Then a year before arrival, you can either cancel or confirm the reservation and pay the deposit, which is currently £200 per week or part week. This is for reservations of at least 7 nights, thereby ensuring you have your preferred dates and cottage. It is easier to reserve so early and if needed then cancel a year in advance, that try to find availability closer to the time. Many of our returning guests have booked through for these future years, with 2028 becoming available in a few weeks time. So if you are interested in 7, 10, 11, 14 nights or longer, this is the ideal opportunity for you where you can provisionally book your preferred dates arriving/departing on any combination of Mondays and Fridays, our changeover days. 

Priority Waitlist for Cancellations

If we don't have dates available that are convenient for you, we also operate a waitlist. Just let us know the months each year that are of interest to you and preferred length of stay, then as a returning guest you get first refusal before we publish the cancellation online.

Last Minute Discounted Offers before release on our website

When we have last minute availability (ie one or two weeks before arrival), we may offer a discounted offer. On these occasions, we will always offer a time limited offer to our returning guests via an email offer, as priority before we offer it generally on our website. Temptation awaits!

NEW : Recommend a Friend Offer

Old Offer : If you recommend us to a friend and they make a reservation, then you receive £50 off a future reservation. We ask guests how they found out about us and so we can let you know their reservation is based on your recommendation. 

New Recommend a Friend Offer is in two parts :

* Recommend our cottages to a friend and if they stay, you now receive £100 off your next stay.

* If you recommend our cottages to 3 friends, who each make a reservation, rather than have a total of ?300 off individual stays, we would be delighted to give you a free weekend at either cottage, worth between £500 and £660.

Terms : The free 3 night weekend (Fri-Mon) can be taken on its own of course. Alternatively you can add it to your existing future reservation, or if you've booked for 7 nights, for example, you can have the option of only paying the 4 night midweek price. The flexibility is there. We will notify you of a reservation made as a result of your recommendation and ask you if you would like to take the individual £100 off your next stay OR for us to keep a tally of your recommendations and notify you when you have 3 recommendations of friends staying at our cottages. Then you can plan your extra weekend away. If you have recently recommended a friend and we have notified you of the £50 discount off a stay in 2026, we will contact you directly and upgrade this to the ?100 discount, or count it towards gaining the 3 reservations & free weekend. The choice is yours. The £50 discounts already taken in 2025 (or earlier) reservations are not valid for this offer. The free weekends cannot be taken over Christmas or New Year each year. There is no time limit on this offer. The sooner you recommend our cottages to your friends, the sooner we would be delighted to give you a free weekend.

Cancellation Travel Insurance Letter

For all our guests, if you have to cancel your reservation, we would be happy to provide a formal letter and proof of the reservation and payment, to enable you to claim on your travel insurance. This has been very successful for many of our guests. If one of you cannot get travel insurance for any reason, we recommend the other person has their own travel insurance, often costing such a small amount, thereby providing assurance that your holiday is covered.
