Guest Book - Inglenook Cottage
Despite snow, hail & rain, we managed to walk every day before returning to the warmth of the log fire. This is our second visit. Thank you Diane & Andrew for everything. We will return for a third visit.
Lovely stay, cosy cottage. Unfortunately weather was against us - rain, hail, snow & wind. Glad we had a lovely log fire and plenty of reading which softened the blow! Thank you Diane & Andrew. Hope to return soon.
We have all enjoyed our stay in your lovely cottage & William loved seeing the mountains out of the windows. Despite the weather, rain, snow, hail and wind and of course floods, it has not stoped us from getting out and about. Thank you to you both.
Our second visit to Inglenook Cottage & we all felt at home straight away. We have had a week of every kind of weather, the tail end of Storm Ciara, sleet, snow, wind & gorgeous sunshine. Highlights include Semerwater, walks, Castle Bolton & Redmire, Thorp Perrow Arboretum - an we all agree the best steak pie at Bolton Arms at Redmire! Thank you Diane & Andrew for another fantastic stay!. We love it here.
The perfect place for rest and relaxation. Sumptuous, silky, gorgeous. Couldn't ask for more. From the moment we arrived ... peace and comfort surrounded us. Well done Diane & Andrew. You deserve the success you have 100%.
We had a lovely break over the New Year. Fantastic cottage, loving the view from the garden. Thank you for the lift to the White Lion, a great evening there.
Another lovely few days in Inglenook Cottage. Everything you could wish for and more. Thank Diane for the lift to the Creamery. Mainsgill Farmshop & Fox Hall Inn well worth the drive. Wheatsheaf at Carperby also a favourite. Obviously we will be back!

A lovely stay in this comfortable well-equipped cottage where everything we needed has been provided We enjoyed the walk from Carperby to Aysgarth Falls and along Leyburn Shawl. Meals at the Street Head Inn, the White Hart in Hawes and Teannts Cafe. Thank you Diane & Andrew for a wonderful stay - we really appreciated the provision of the log supply, lovely toiletries and all the other little extras.
A relaxing stay in a beautiful, comfortable and cosy cottage. Enjoyed the log fire on the chilly evenings. Visited all the waterfalls which were very impressive after all the rain! Also recommend Thorp Perrow Arboretum. Glorious autumn colours.
Yet again another wonderful weekend. Cottage like a second home! Everything we could wish for in this fabulous cottage. Recommend The Angel at Hetton for lunch - well worth the drip down the dales!
