A very restful weekend, concluded with a beautiful sprinkling of snow! The cottage is exceptional. Thank you.

We had a really good stay in this beautiful cottage. What an exceptional restoration with great attention to detail. Thank you so much Diane & Andrew for making Tony’s birthday extra special with a lovely welcoming fire & bottle of red wine. What more could you ask? We had a meal at the ‘George’ in Thoralby. Quirky pub & landlord. Food was good, worth a visit. Saturday did a walk around Semerwater which was stunning helped by a beautiful day. In contrast, walked to West Burton in hail, snow, sun & wind. Good to get back to The Byre. Not forgetting the birthday meal on Sunday at Street Head Inn which was excellent! A great few days. Cheers and thank you once again.

Really lovely cottage, finished and decorated to a very high standard. Wood burner very much appreciated after our long walks, especially when it snowed later in the week. Diane & Andrew also very helpful.

A wonderful weekend in a fantastic cottage. Great location. Visited the Dickens Christmas Market at Grassington. Diane & Andrew are perfect hosts with nothing being too much trouble. The snow even added to the charm of the place.

A beautiful location and a stunning cottage made even better by the lovely Christmas decorations. A truly relaxing week sitting by the fire. The food at The Street Head Inn was excellent in a relaxed cosy traditional pub. West Burton waterfalls worth a visit along with the Wensleydale Creamery. Thank you Diane and Andrew, The Byre exceeded our expectations.

Fab-u-lous! We've had a wonderful week exploring and returning to this wonderful cottage. We've stayed in a few cottages over the past few years and can most definitely say that this one beats them all! Fantastic restoration and kept to a very high standard. A great birthday. Cheers!
