Our first visit to The Dairy that should have been in 2020. So worth the wait - the cottage is beautiful and we've had such a lovely Christmassy weekend thank you. Amazing Hosts. Our second visit & just as good as the first one. We feel recharged after a lovely restful weekend thanks to a beautiful cottage & lovely hosts.
From the warm welcome to the wave ‘cheerio’ this has been a wonderous break in a property that oozes charm & sophistication. The charm of the original old building can be felt from the exposed stone. The fireplace is simply divine. All the finer details have been carefully considered & included which makes life so much easier to know you only need pack some clothes & turn up. We have had a wonderful stay, wish it was longer! Will definitely be returning guests in the future. Andrew & Diane - The Dairy is a credit to you. Thank you.
As returning visitors to The Dairy, the whole experience keeps getting better. The warm welcome in typical Yorkshire style is a great joy. Christmas dressing is superb. Looking forward to our visits next year. Thank you Andrew & Diane.

Had am amazing four days in The Dairy. Everything catered for and it's more comfortable than The Ritz Hotel in London.
So lucky to get the opportunity for a 10 day stay this time, but still ran out of time to do everything on our list, despite really good weather. The Dairy, as ever, perfect. So perfect in fact we probably stayed in too much. We did venture out a few times, including a meal at the Wensleydale Heifer. Highly recommend it and will definitely go again on our next stay at The Dairy. A truly wonderful stay again. Thank you Diane & Andrew. Don't know how you do it xxx
We have enjoyed another fabulous stay at The Dairy. Highly recommend the Wensleydale Heifer at West Witton - it was so good we went twice. Avoid Black Swan (Leyburn) at all costs! Weather has been great & we loved the roaring fire in the evenings. We are 'restocked' on cheese from the Creamery in preparation for a cheese & wine night with our friends tomorrow. Thanks Diane & Andrew for your great hospitality - see you again soon!
A wonderful stay over again - some nice walks and food, and lucky to dodge heavy rain. Fabulous here!!
