Really enjoyed my first visit to the cottage. The interior is well equipped to a very high standard. Diane & Andrew are excellent and friendly hosts. Andrew went the extra mile in building a plinth at the side of the bed to ensure my wheelchair was level with the bed - many thanks!
Never tire of visiting this delightful and excellently appointed cottage. We had had an amazing week - lots of local walking, weather superb, couldn't wish for anything better. Thank you Diane & Andrew for being such superb hosts. You are both so welcoming. See you in October.
First time at The Dairy due to a cancellation and therefore lucky enough to have completed the trilogy over the years. Each luxury cottage has its own character but the common theme is the exceptional quality of all aspects - presentation, equipment, cleanliness. Another wonderful stay, made even more perfect by beautiful weather. The Dairy never disappoints. We has another wonderful meal at the Wensleydale Heifer and delicious fish and chips from the van on Tuesday night. Thank you Diane & Andrew for all the recommendations, hospitality and for all you do to provide wonderful holidays and memories for all lucky enough to stay in any of your luxury properties. What a wonderful cottage and gardens. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Diane & Andrew so much for the lovely welcome pack. We have enjoyed some lovely walks. We visited the World of James Herriot in Thirsk. Had lunch at Tennants Garden Rooms, Leyburn. Robert and I have found our special place and we will be back soon. Take care of one another.
Such an amazing cottage in a lovely part of the world. Frost time away without children and the luxury the cottage gave us was amazing. We will be back. The food was wonderful. Walked the Ingleborough Trail, but did not realise who up and down it would be. Slept well that night. Thank you so much.
The Dairy is quite simply perfect! We stay in lots of different accessible properties around the country and The Dairy is by far our favourite. It has everything you need for a week away. The amount of accessible information for the local area is really appreciated and made our week so much easier. We love all the little extra touches that make this place luxury. Enjoyed our week at The Dairy, a very well equipped and comfortable cottage. Lots of lovely finishing touches from our welcoming hosts, Diane and Andrew. Not too bad a week weather wise, mostly dry with some sunshine. Visited lots of waterfalls and had a great morning at a red squirrel hide.

From the warm welcome to the wave ‘cheerio’ this has been a wonderous break in a property that oozes charm & sophistication. The charm of the original old building can be felt from the exposed stone. The fireplace is simply divine. All the finer details have been carefully considered & included which makes life so much easier to know you only need pack some clothes & turn up. We have had a wonderful stay, wish it was longer! Will definitely be returning guests in the future. Andrew & Diane - The Dairy is a credit to you. Thank you.
