Guest Book - The Byre
Thank you Diane, Andrew and Rachel for being able to accommodate an extension to our stay at Inglenook with a seamless transfer to The Byre. As always everything is perfection - even the weather. Looking forward to next year already!
We loved the cottage very much. There is everything we could possibly need! Diane and Andrew made us feel very welcome and we would love to come again.
We wanted for nothing in The Byre, in fact we could have spent the whole week just enjoying the cottage and the beautiful gardens. But we ventured farther and listened to the Muker Silver Band in concert on the first evening. We walked the hay meadows over in Muker a couple of times during the week and even climbed Morpeth Scar another day. Diane and Andrew were superb hosts and we will be back!
The Byre has been lovely as ever. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all of our walks/trips, which are like old friends we revisit each year. Thanks Diane & Andrew and we look forward to seeing you both again next year.
Another wonderful holiday at The Byre, great weather for walking, not too hot. We tried the Angel at Hetton, a wonderful experience, such great food. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Wensleydale Heifer. Thank you Diane & Andrew, already booked for next year. Fabulous as always.

A wonderfully welcoming, cosy & warm cottage. Very comfortable. Seeing the Dales in the snow was a bonus. We've stayed in all 3 cottages now. All amazing, but think The Byre is our favourite. Thank you Diane & Andrew for your hospitality and many thanks to Rachel too. See you again soon.
